We continuously update and improve the Service; thus, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree NOT to use OutrankAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or highly regulated content (e.g., medical advice without disclaimers).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying prompts of the Service.
• Automate requests outside of our official Developer API to bypass rate limits or scrape our platform.
• Share or resell your Lifetime Deal (LTD) account or API keys with unauthorized third parties.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Output: You retain all ownership rights and copyrights to the content you generate using OutrankAI. Aeternexus, Inc. claims no ownership over your generated articles.

Our Technology: The OutrankAI platform, including its algorithms, user interface, logos, and proprietary codebase, remains the exclusive property of Aeternexus, Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (SEO Results)

OutrankAI generates high-quality content designed to follow SEO best practices. However, search engine algorithms are completely outside of our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that content generated by our Service will achieve specific rankings on Google, Bing, or any other search engine. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeternexus, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or search engine traffic, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Lifetime Deals (AppSumo & LTDs)

If you purchased a Lifetime Deal ("LTD") via AppSumo or our website, your access is guaranteed for the lifetime of the OutrankAI product. "Lifetime" is defined as the operational lifespan of the software. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use API limits on LTD accounts to prevent infrastructure abuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aeternexus, Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
